We had a great family vacation here! The beach nearby was fantastic, offering tons of fun like a children's water park and various water sports. The executive lounge was a treat. staff made every visit enjoyable, and we loved the sea view from our balcony.

In my wife’s opinion, the elevators were sometimes slow, making it tough with kids in tow. A better system for peak times would help families a lot.

The staff were super friendly, especially Silas at the concierge and Syed at reception. Soji from the pool bar was awesome too! Food was good, especially at Rosso. The only bummer? Sometimes service was a bit slow at dinner. But who cares when you’re having a blast?

Just know that the pool area doesn’t get sun until later in the day, and drink service is slow.
